Maasai Mara Game ReserveMaasai Mara is well-known for The Great Migration of Wildebeest and has the highest concentration of Wildlife in the World. About 40% of the Africa’s larger mammals lives here, it is indeed a must-visit for any traveler. The golden African plain with a rolling Savannah stretching with many species of wildlife including Elephants, hippos fighting dominance against a backdrop of wilderness. Great river cutting across the Maasai Mara plains lies a magical, untouched valley with crocodiles basking on the river banks. Lake Nakuru National Parkexplore one of Kenya’s smallest parks but enjoy endless opportunities of wildlife sightings such as the rare white rhino, pink migratory flamingoes among other birds, the Rothschild Giraffe, waterbuck, zebras among other animals that are common in the area.

Amboseli National Parkthis is one of Kenya’s most sought out for safari destination with endless encounters of the majestic tuskers and picturesque views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak providing a glorious background. It is home to a variety of wildlife including 3 of the Big 5 (lions, elephants, buffalos), birdlife life mostly waterbirds such as egrets, herons, pelicans and flamingoes.

Tsavo National Park: is one of the largest conservation area and home to large mammals such as the Big 5 among other mammals like giraffe, zebras, predator species such as caracal, African wildcat, cheetah, jackals among other. Wildlife is not the only draw into Tsavo East. The parks boasts of picturesque landscape such as the Yatta Plateau, world’s longest lava flow, and Luggard Falls ,cascading over some rough terrain.

Tour Plan

Nairobi to Maasai Mara
Depart at 0700 Hrs from Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game reserve with first stop will be at the Great Rift Valley Escarpment to take photos of the scenery then proceed with the journey which you will arrive in time for lunch. Check in, have lunch and take an afternoon-evening game drive then later dinner and overnight at either in a tented camp/lodges.
Day 2 Game Drive in Maasai Mara
Breakfast and leave for a full day game drive with packed lunch. You have an option of visiting the cultural bomas to learn about the Maasai culture (an extra USD 20 per person) or an early morning balloon safari (USD 500 per person). Later evening dinner at the camp/lodges
Day 3 Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru
Breakfast and leave for lake Nakuru National park. You will arrive in time for lunch, have a siesta or a quick swim at the lodge after lunch, later in the evening have a short game drive. Dinner and overnight in the lodge.
Day 4 Lake Nakuru to Amboseli
After breakfast, morning game drive. Have lunch in Nairobi and proceed to Amboseli National Park. Once in the park proceed for a short game drive if time permits. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 5 Game Drive in Amboseli
Breakfast then depart for game drive in Amboseli National Park. Return back for hot lunch and an afternoon relaxation. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 6 Amboseli to Tsavo East
After breakfast check out and depart for Tsavo East arriving in time for lunch. Check in, have lunch and a brief break before departing for an afternoon game drive. Return for dinner and stay at the lodge.
Day 7 Game Drive at Tsavo East
Breakfast and depart for game drive in the park Look out for the elusive lions, cheetahs, leopards and other members of the BIG FIVE wildlife in Tsavo East. Return for hotel lunch then relaxation and swim. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 8 Tsavo East to Nairobi
Breakfast and depart for Nairobi with game drive enroute You will be dropped off at your hotel/area of residence/airport late in the afternoon.
